Online Payment Information
You can now
pay online through our PayPal payment page. One page will list all options
for making payments. You will find PayPal links to make payments for
membership dues, donations, member activates or any other events where
payment is needed. You do not have to be a PayPal member to make a payment,
you can use almost any credit card.

The voting program is designed to let you vote once per day.
The voting program puts a cookie on your computer
and then it checks to see if it is there. If it is, it will let you
vote one
time. Then the cookie will expire (in 24 hours or less) and you can
vote again.
Try this:
Try to clean memory and cookies. Also check that you are not blocking
cookies.
This has also happened when web browsers are never closed or computers
never
turn off.
